These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by UDOPAY TECH PTE. LTD. ("UDOPAY", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202414413K).
We provide payment solutions, AI agent applications, system integration and public cloud infrastructure services. Specific scope, fees and service levels are defined in the agreement or order form signed with each client.
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to engage in any activity that infringes the rights of others, violates applicable laws, or compromises the security and integrity of our or third-party systems.
Where we resell or manage third-party cloud services (such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure or Alibaba Cloud), your use of those services is also subject to the respective provider's terms.
Fees are billed as set out in your agreement. Unless otherwise stated, charges are payable upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Each party shall protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purpose of performing under these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDOPAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services in the preceding twelve months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
